Text Message Terms

Program name: District Manager NEO Alerts. Signed-in users of District Manager NEO can receive short account notifications by text about the facilities they manage, for example: “District Manager NEO: Hulen Street has 2 new alerts. Sign in to review.” District Manager HQ staff can also receive security alerts about the service. Texts never include tenant names or dollar amounts. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Text alerts are off until you turn them on yourself. In District Manager NEO, open Manage Account, then Alert recipients, switch on Text next to your own name, enter your mobile number and tick the box agreeing to these terms. Nobody else can sign you up. We send one text confirming your sign-up. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying any product or service.

Message frequency varies with activity at your facilities. Texts are not sent during the quiet hours you choose.

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Qstrom does not charge you for text alerts.

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive one final text confirming you have been unsubscribed and no more texts after that. You can also turn text alerts off in District Manager NEO under Manage Account, then Alert recipients. To sign up again, turn text alerts back on in District Manager NEO, or reply START.

Supported carriers include the major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and signal and is not guaranteed.

We use your mobile number only to send the alerts you asked for. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will ask for your agreement again before sending more texts.
